FactSage Download Service

FactSage Download Service - CRCT

(Revised June 2020)

In order to to employ the FactSage Download Service - CRCT you must have a FactSage Customer ID in the range 1 - 1000 and you must have full FactSage maintenance and support. You will need to enter a password. For FactSage Customers we will provide the password on request.

Using the FactSage Download Service - CRCT you can download the following FactSage programs and files:

FactSage 8.0 (2020)

FactSage 8.0 Update/Installation (2020) (approx. size 320 MB) - the Full FactSage 8.0 Update/Installation Package of software, databases and documentation as well the Sentinel HASP Drivers.
Note: Profiles80.ini is included in the FactSage 8.0 Update/Installation Package. If we change your Profiles80.ini configuration (e.g. change expiration dates, add new databases) we will send you instructions on how to download the file.

FactSage 7.3 (2019)

FactSage 7.3 Update/Installation (2019) (approx. size 315 MB) - the Full FactSage 7.3 Update/Installation Package of software, databases and documentation as well the Sentinel HASP Drivers.
Note: Profiles73.ini is included in the FactSage 7.3 Update/Installation Package. If we change your Profiles73.ini configuration (e.g. change expiration dates, add new databases) we will send you instructions on how to download the file.

Sentinel HASP Dongles

FactSage 6.4 and earlier

For information on the latest drivers (files) for HASP dongles required by Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 visit Sentinel HASP Drivers
This is only meaningful if you are running FactSage 6.4 (and earlier) and are experiencing problems installing the drivers.

FactSage 7.0 - 7.3

The Sentinel HASP Drivers are included in the FactSage 7.0 - 7.3 packages :
